If individual classes must be cancelled due to an uncontrollable circumstance a credit will be placed on the account of those registered for each cancelled class at the end of the session. If all or a portion of the this session needs to be cancelled for any reasons, registrants may ask for the option of a prorated refund (subject to a 4% processing fee to cover the club’s transaction fees) or a full prorated credit for future registrations.

Please Note that when you register, that if you choose to register using the Jumpstart/Kidsport button, we assume that you have or will be immediately applying for funding through that organization, you will need to send your invoice to them (that is generated from the system). Please do not hit this button during check out unless you plan on applying. https://kamloopsskatingclub.com/financial-assistance/ and you are responsible for following up with Kidsport or Jumpstart, and making payment if not approved by them.
